I was beyond excited to hear about the news of this family expecting.
They have been so close to my heart with the journey they have had.
Joakim has the most amazing and loving mother, father and a brother, I could not ever put my respect and love towards to this family in words so I just wish that all of you will have one day the change to get to know Joakim’s family!
